These facilities house individual production floors and utilise 5-tonne overhead cranes for manufacturing and assembling even the largest custom canopy structures.

Wherever it’s built, we guarantee it will be fabricated to our exact, strict requirements, maintaining the integrity of our unique and beautiful designs.

Every Kappion carport is certified to the highest European standards:
- Carports are CE certified: CE-EXC2 EN 1090-2. This confirms compliance for structural components.
- Welding is performed according to the European standard: EN 1090-2 2008 + A1 2011.
- Corrosion Protection: Steel elements are hot-dip galvanised to DIN EN ISO 1461.
- Powder Coating: Finishing is carried out according to DIN EN ISO 15773.
