From the outset we were impressed by Tim's approach and no pressure sales. The investment in our... car port was quite substantial for us and of course we had concerns, but we quickly had confidence in Kappion given Tim's honest and transparent approach. The product is very robust indeed and the finished look is amazing. The fitters were incredibly professional and a pleasure to have on site. But what really shows the integrity/quality of a company is how they follow up on issues after the sale. We had a minor matter which was dealt with swiftly and without question. I have just had my Kappion carport fitted and I am so pleased with the finished article. It is... just how the survey showed it, and we were constantly updated with the progress of our order by Alistair and Issie.. It was on time, and fitted in less time than was estimated.
