Truck Canopy Installed near Scunthorpe

David got in touch with the Kappion team whilst searching for a canopy to go at the rear of their property to house their show truck.

 

David wanted to protect his Australian show truck with a 3.2m x 7.9m canopy, they initially enquired about an Apex canopy with WPC Infills to the side and rear.  After a few emails, we also provided an estimate for a half-curve solution.

 

The estimated price was well received, the next step was for us to conduct a site survey.  During the survey, we discussed the proposed area where the canopy was to be situated and ensured we had enough turning space and adequate space.  We also discussed having lockable swing doors at the front for added protection and security.

Order Placed, Engineering Started:

Our design engineers began with the production CAD drawings. David requested for the canopy structure to be powder-coated in RAL7016 Anthracite Grey, Bronze Polycarbonate for the roof, and Walnut WPC to the 2 sides, rear and doors. 

To add a little extra light, David opted for a run of Opal Solid Polycarbonate to go one side of the canopy towards the top edge.

Once the canopy had been manufactured, our project manager arranged a suitable date for the carport to be delivered and erected.

The canopy was installed by our expert fitters and finished to a high standard.
