At 6 metres wide this canopy has plenty of space for a single car, a jet wash lance along with the jet wash machinery, and will provide ample protection from the weather.
The estimated price was well received, the next step was for us to conduct a site survey. During the survey, our surveyor discussed every aspect of the project with Tony regarding width required and any drainage requirements. The scans taken on site allowed us to create the 3D visual video, showing the canopy in situ and as it would be installed.
Order Placed, Engineering Started:
Our design engineers quickly began with the production CAD drawings. Tony requested for the canopy structure to be hot dip galvanised only – no powder coating. In an industrial setting a galvanised finish provides plenty of protection without going to the expense of powder coating over the top – our standard coat for a domestic property.
We suggested that the roof should be glazed in Opal structured polycarbonate as this provides a reflection of light, keeping the space underneath bright and airy. The walls are clad in Corolite polycarbonate, which is strong and still allows the light into the wash bay.
Once the canopy had been manufactured, our project manager arranged a suitable date for the carport to be delivered and erected.
This car wash valet canopy fits really well next to the building. Tony had a very tight schedule and we were able to accommodate this, from initial enquiry, to full installation this canopy was installed within 10 weeks, very speedy!!!
