Carport Canopy Q-curved Installed in Cambridge

Jackie got in touch with the Kappion team whilst searching for a canopy to go on the side of her house.

 

At 2.9 metres wide this canopy was to cover the area from the house to the edge of the driveway. Jackie liked the look of the Q-curved style that Kappion offer – we think it blends well with all sorts of architecture.

 

The estimated price was well received, the next step was for us to conduct a site survey. During the survey, our surveyor discussed every aspect of the project with Jackie.  There were lots of things to discuss surrounding the height of the canopy due to being directly outside a large window, whilst also avoiding a lot of pipework.

Order Placed, Engineering Started:

Our design engineers began with the production CAD drawings. Jackie requested for the canopy structure to be powder-coated in RAL9001 Cream

Jackie chose the canopy to be glazed in Clear polycarbonate.  With the large windows underneath the canopy, Jackie wanted as much natural light coming into the area.

Once the canopy had been manufactured, our project manager arranged a suitable date for the carport to be delivered and erected.

The canopy was installed by our expert fitters and finished to a high standard less than 10 weeks after Jackie had placed her order, very quick for a Bespoke product!!
