Transparent Pricing & Value Our pricing is based on structural efficiency. While larger structures generally offer a better price per square metre, there is an “optimal range” where value is maximised.

The table below shows our Standard Engineering Range. Within these dimensions, you get the most cost-effective balance of steel weight and coverage.

Note: Prices includes design, manufacturing, installation and VAT @20%.

Design Tip: How to get the best price

To get the best value for money, we recommend staying within our Standard Engineering Limits:

1. Keep the span 6m or under: Once a carport exceeds 6m in width or length, the steel structure must “jump” to a heavier specification to support the weight. This causes a significant increase in the price per square metre.
2. Keep the eaves height 2.5m or under: Staying at or below 2.5m (at the lowest point) allows for standard wind-load engineering. Going higher increases wind exposure, requiring thicker steel columns and larger concrete footings.

Note on Bespoke Sizes:

We can absolutely build larger than 6m x 6m or higher than 2.5m, but please be aware this falls into our Bespoke Heavy-Duty category. These projects are priced individually to account for the additional structural steel required.

• The “Fixed Cost” Factor: All prices include fixed costs (delivery, setup, design). On smaller units (e.g., 3m x 6m), these costs are shared over a smaller area, resulting in a higher unit rate.
• Site Conditions: Groundworks and structural calculations are subject to site survey.
