Brian from North Hykeham reached out to us with a requirement for a single car port that would offer protection all year round. Not only did the car port need to protect the vehicle, the design had to complement the property and parking had to be easy. As all of our carports are bespoke so we were the right company for Brian and his wife.
After calculating an estimated price that Brian was happy with, he decided that he wanted to book a site survey and design consultation with us so that he could take the project further. We arranged a suitable date/time to come and measure up, take scans of the area and talk through the endless possibilities with Brian. Ultimately, we decided that the carport needed to be against the garage and feature inset posts to utilise the space as efficiently as possible. To illustrate the design, we created a 3D video walkthrough of the carport in situ using the scans taken on site.
Our 3D design and final price were very well received and Brian placed his order with us. Just before the production drawings were signed off, Brian informed us that he wanted the structure to be powder-coated in RAL 7043 Traffic Grey and the roof to be glazed with opal polycarbonate. The combination of colours would give the carport a really modern and contemporary feel.
We arranged for Brians carport to be delivered and erected by our Team once it had been manufactured. The installation was completed swiftly and it was clear that Brian was ecstatic when he saw the finished product.
