Our customer Steve contacted us with a requirement of a freestanding 6m x 6m europort to provide protection for his vehicles. Steve wanted a sliding door installed at the rear of the carport, allowing him to move his cars onto his grass when needed. Steve wanted 3 of the sides enclosing with WPC infills for the ultimate protection.
Shortly after receiving Steve’s enquiry, our project manager arranged for our surveyor to travel up to Steve’s property to conduct a site survey. During the survey we used our 360 leica scanner to scan the area, from the scans our designers are able to create a 3d visual in form of a video. After the 3d visual has been made, we send it over to our customer. If the customer is happy with the visual and is happy to go ahead, then we prepare the production drawings.
Steve loved the visual and signed off the canopy drawings. Steve chose to have the structure powder coated in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, which gives the area a lovely contemporary look and feel. Steve chose to enclose 3 sides of the carport with WPC infills and chose trapezoidal sheeting for the roof.
Once a manufactured date had been confirmed, the project manager and Steve arranged a suitable date for the freestanding europort to be delivered and installed.
After installation started, the canopy took shape fairly quickly and by the end of the first day, the structure was bolted together and secured into the ground. The next day and a half were was spent fitting the sliding door, the trapezoidal roof and the WPC wall infills.
Steve was over the moon with his brand new bespoke Europort Carport and we were proud to deliver a safe high quality product at an affordable price. As all of our canopies are bespoke, we were able overcome any obstacle and meet all of our customer’s needs.
