Peter approached us with a requirement for one of our stylish Qubik Carports to protect his vehicles from the weather elements, bird excrement and debris falling from nearby trees. Peter and his husband loved the aesthetics of our Qubik style which features chunky posts and wrap around gutters.
Following the initial estimate, Peter was happy with our price and organised a site survey and design consultation. During our survey, we used our high tech 3D scanning equipment to scan the area. Our scanner collects all of the data and translates it into a point cloud file. We then design the canopy within the point cloud, ensuring it will fit the space perfectly. Our designer then creates a 3D video walkthrough to show our customer, helping Peter visualise the final product.
After seeing the 3D video and the accepting his final price, we engineered the canopy drawings which Peter later signed off with a request for the structure to be powder-coated in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey to complement his property. Furthermore, Peter chose Bronze polycarbonate for the roof glazing as it is the most efficient when it comes to fallen debris and bird excrement.
Once an installation date had been confirmed, the project manager arranged a suitable date for the Qubik Carport to be delivered and erected.
The Qubik Carport itself was a fairly straightforward installation for our experienced fitting team, completing the job in just 2 days! Peter is over the moon with brand new Kappion Qubik Carport, even being so kind to tip our fitters!
