Following detailed consultations with our sales and technical teams, our client proceeded with a site survey. This allowed us to generate a 3D video walkthrough, demonstrating how a custom-designed veranda canopy would seamlessly integrate with their patio, providing optimal coverage. The visual representation also highlighted the canopy’s aesthetic appeal, confirming its suitability for their desired style.
Our client specified a powder-coated finish in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey for a contemporary look, and opted for Opal structured polycarbonate sheets for the roof glazing.
The final price was accepted, and upon order confirmation, our design engineers commenced the engineering drawings. These drawings incorporated specific custom elements, including wall-attached cranked posts, rafters, downpipe outlets, and trims, ensuring precise execution of the project.
Engineering drawings sign off:
Upon approval of the engineering drawings by our client, the bespoke veranda canopy entered the manufacturing stage. Subsequently, our project manager scheduled an installation date.
The installation progressed efficiently, completing within two days. The second day focused on glazing the canopy roof with polycarbonate sheets and ensuring a thorough site cleanup.
Our client expressed their delight with the finished product, eager to utilise their new outdoor space. We successfully delivered a custom-designed veranda canopy that met all their requirements: aesthetically pleasing, structurally sound, and tailored to their specific needs.
