Car Valet Canopy Installed near Manchester

Jon got in touch with Kappion for a vehicle valet bay to be installed at his car dealership – Rolls Royce Cars Manchester.

 

 
At 6 metres wide this canopy has plenty of space for a single car or ample parking for 2 vehicles to keep dry and sheltered, once they’ve been prepped.

 

The estimated price was well received, and the next step was for us to conduct a site survey.  During the survey, we took our usual detailed 360 point cloud scans and we discussed with Jon front post positions and optimal usage of the area.

 

Following the survey, we sent Jon a 360 walkthrough video so he could see exactly how the canopy was going to look once it had been installed. Our customers love this part of our process.

Order Placed, Engineering Started:

Our design engineers quickly began with the production CAD drawings. Jon requested for the canopy structure to be powder-coated in RAL7016 Anthracite Grey.

Jon chose the canopy to be glazed in Opal polycarbonate, to give the canopy a light and airy feel, whilst reducing glare from the sun and hiding debris from the trees.

Once the canopy had been manufactured, our project manager arranged a suitable date for the carport to be delivered and erected, which suited Jon’s schedule.
