We made a video…. watch here:
The estimated price was well received, the next step was for us to conduct a site survey. During the survey, our surveyor discussed every aspect of the project with Mark. The scans taken on site allowed us to create the 3D visual video, showing the canopy in situ and as it would be installed.
Order Placed, Engineering Started:
Our design engineers quickly began with the production CAD drawings. Mark requested for the canopy structure to be hot dip galvanised only – no powder coating. In an industrial setting a galvanised finish provides plenty of protection without going to the expense of powder coating over the top – our standard coat for a domestic property.
We suggested that the roof should be glazed in Opal structured polycarbonate as this provides a reflection of light, keeping the space underneath bright and airy.
Once the canopy had been manufactured, our project manager arranged a suitable date for the carport to be delivered and erected.
The structure was fully installed in just 2 days! A rapid install by our fitters, but still installed and finished to a very high standard. This car wash valet canopy fits really well next to the building. Mark couldn’t be happier with his brand new car wash valet canopy and will be installing more at other branches across the UK!
