A great structure requires a great foundation. Julian brought in a top-tier concrete crew to shutter a custom pad specifically for the carport area. But we didn’t stop at a standard flat base.
To take this build to the next level, the concrete was built up higher in a designated section to create a fully waterproof room, complete with a lockable door. Whether it’s for tools, bikes, or high-value gear, this space offers ultimate peace of mind.
