Our customer Deborah approached us with a requirement for a premium patio canopy to cover her paved area at the rear of her property. During the summer Deborah enjoys entertaining and spending as much time as possible outside in the garden, enjoying the sun and spending time with family and friends.
Shortly after Deborahs enquiry our sales team contacted her to organise a site survey. The area was relatively open and uncomplicated so we knew that we would be able to meet the needs of our customer efficiently. We decided that we would need to attach the patio canopy to the property using 3 cranked wall brackets. This would ensure less obtrusion as a result of having no posts on one side.
Deborah signed off the final canopy drawings once we had finalised the sizes and illustrated how we would complete the groundworks. Deborah specified that she wanted the canopy structure to be powder coated in ‘Grey Aluminium’ (RAL 9007), which would complement her patio area. She chose clear polycarbonate for the roof which would complement the premium patio canopy extremely well and provide the maximum amount of light transmission to enter the canopy.
Once the installation was underway the premium patio canopy took shape pretty quickly and by the end of the day, the structure was bolted together and glazed with polycarbonate!
Due to our extensive installation experience, planning and design this canopy installation went smoothly with no surprises. Both our team and Deborah were extremely pleased with the finished product.
