Tapered Carport Installed in Worcester

Graham got in touch with the Kappion team whilst searching for a canopy to replace an ageing timber structure on the side of his house.

 

 

This was only a small area, which was wider at the rear than the front and this was to replace a structure which he used to store and work on his classic cars. Graham wanted to maximise the space and build something that would last.

 

 

 

Following the survey we sent Graham a 360 walkthrough video of the canopy design we thought worked best, so he could see exactly how the canopy was going to look once it had been installed. Our customers love this part of our process.

 

Our design engineers began with the production CAD drawings. Graham requested for the canopy structure to be powder-coated in RAL7016 Anthracite Grey.

Graham chose the canopy to be glazed in Clear polycarbonate.  With Graham wanting to work on his cars underneath the canopy, this was to allow as much natural light to come into the area as possible.

Once the canopy had been manufactured, our project manager arranged a suitable date for the carport to be delivered and erected.

The canopy was installed by our expert fitters and finished to a high standard.

Graham sent us a photo adding: “Today I moved some shelving and equipment into my new canopy and parked up two of my fleet of small sports cars. It all fits in and is looking good.”
