Lukasz and Eva approached us with the requirement for a walkway storage canopy at the side of their property in Harrow. The walkway storage canopy needed to be wall attached in order maximise space. A standard aluminium canopy wouldn’t have filled the space as efficiently and Lukasz loved the gentle curved design.
Our customer was happy with our estimate and booked a site survey on a day that suited them. This canopy design was fairly simple which made our visit to Harrow easy… All we had to do was ensure that the canopy would be narrow enough to fit the space and create a dry area. The only other requirements were for the polycarbonate to overhang the gate into the recess to create additional shelter.
We were able to offer Lukasz and Eva a multi-functional solution that comes with full structural calculations, ensuring that their walkway/storage canopy would be extremely safe. Effective as well as stunning, we could position posts to ensure that they would not be too obstructive and use a bespoke wall bar to wall-attach the canopy.
Once Lukasz and Eva were in agreement regarding the final design signed the drawings off. Jet Black (RAL9005) as the colour for his canopy to be powder coated in. This complimented their Harrow based property really well, offering a stylish finish. Furthermore, they chose opal polycarbonate for the roof as this colour coupled with the fine textured powder-coated finish created a luxury appearance.
As soon as our team had a manufacture completion date, we organised a suitable delivery date in order to start the installation as soon as possible. Our team got off to a great start. Due to our design and project planning expertise, the canopy fitted the space perfectly and the installtion was complete within one day.
In conclusion, it was evident when doing the final walk around with Lukasz and Eva that they were extremely happy with the finished result.
