Our customer Malcolm approached us with a requirement for a Qubik carport installed behind his garage area. Malcolm wanted to protect his vehicle from the high winds, bird faeces, and any falling debris from the trees above. He loved the look of our Qubik design with the chunky posts and wrap around gutters. He knew we could deliver a built-to-last solution.
Our Qubik design is extremely beautiful, contemporary and has the ability to transform any space.
After Malcolm made his enquiry through our website, we sent over his estimate, which he was happy with. The next step was to come out and conduct a site survey. During the survey, we discussed the size of the carport, the post positions, and infill options etc.
On-site, we use our high tech laser scanner to determine the exact size of the space and therefore the proposed carport. Our scanner captures a detailed scan of the desired area and transfers them into a point cloud file. Our designers can then begin designing the carport to fit the space perfectly and create a 3D visual for customers.
Malcolm loved his 3D visual and accepted the final price. He asked for his carport to be powder-coated in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey and wanted 3 walls of rhombus-shaped 25mm spaced larch infills. Malcolm wanted the roof to be glazed in bronze structured polycarbonate which is ideal for hiding bird faeces, and falling debris from trees. The polycarbonate has a protective UV layer so it protects the humans and pets below.

Shortly after accepting the final price, Malcolm’s carport was sent into production! Once the carport has been manufactured and a manufactured date had been confirmed, our project manager arranged a date for the installation team to deliver and erect the Qubik carport. Our second-to-none customer service meant that Malcolm was constantly kept in the loop, which he was very pleased about.
Once installation began, the canopy took shape fairly quickly when taking the size into account. The installation took a total of 2 and half days. The first day was spent erecting the frame and securing it into the ground. 2nd day was spent glazing the canopy roof with polycarbonate, and starting the 3 the wall of infills and the final day was spent finishing off the infills and cleaning up the area ready to hand over to Malcolm.
Malcolm and his wife were completely overjoyed with the result and can’t wait to get out and use the new space! They wish they had got one sooner! We provided our customer with a bespoke canopy solution that ticked all of his boxes!
It has also been a great pleasure working with everyone that we’ve come in contact with at your company, a really good experience. I have to say the fitters were really good, curtious, efficient and very helpful.
