Our customer Helen reached out to us in need of a Europort installing at the end of her driveway. Helen specified that she wanted our Europort style with wrap-around fascia and larch timber rain-screen infills installed to the rear. The rain-screen larch infills not only look amazing but also provide great protection from the prevailing winds and driving rain.
After a number of conversations with our sales and technical team, Helen decided to go ahead with a site survey so that our surveyor could discuss and answer any further questions she might have. On-site, our surveyor scans the area using our clever high tech scanning equipment, collecting all the relevant data and measurements. Once back at the office, our designers are then able to create a 3D video walkthrough for our customer.
After the survey:
The 3D visual showed Helen that we could design the canopy so that it would fit the space perfectly, covering the desired area. As well as this, the visual showcased the aesthetics reassuring Helen that the canopy would look stunning and how it would be seen from all angles.
The final price for the solution was as expected and once Helen placed her order, our designers quickly began the engineering drawings. We had to check that the drawings included particular custom elements of the solution such as infill trims and so on. The drawings were signed off as Helen was happy and before we knew it the canopy was being manufactured.
Helen requested for the canopy to be powder-coated in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey as she loved the contemporary modern look and also wanted the carport to match the surroundings. As we have an array of colour options, 9 times out of 10 we can find a close, if not perfect match to your requested colour. Bronze polycarbonate was selected for the roof material as it is the most efficient when it comes to fallen debris from trees and bird excrement.
Once the canopy had been manufactured we arranged a suitable installation date with Helen. We try to be as flexible as possible so that all of our customer’s needs are met.
Subsequently, the canopy had been completed in just 2 days. Within those 2 days, the whole canopy solution had been erected, concreted into the ground, the fascia and polycarbonate installed. Needless to say, our customer was over the moon with the finished product and the service that she had received throughout the project.
