David’s driveway is a high-traffic area, and adding traditional vertical support posts would have restricted his turning circle and cluttered the entrance to his existing garage. He needed a structure that would blend seamlessly into his home’s footprint while leaving the ground completely clear.
The Kappion Solution
Our engineering team designed a bespoke solution utilising a long eaves beam. By spanning the beam directly from the house wall all the way to the garden wall, we completely eliminated the need for ground posts on the driveway side.
The canopy was engineered to perfectly match the exact width of his existing garage, creating a flawless architectural extension.
