Our customer approached us with a requirement for a premium patio canopy to cover his paved area at the rear of the house. During the summer Thomas enjoys entertaining and spending as much time as possible outside in the garden, enjoying the sun and spending time with family and friends.
Our survey with Thomas was undertaken shortly after he made his first enquiry. The area was relatively open and uncomplicated so we knew that we would be able to meet the needs of our customer efficiently. We decided that the premium patio canopy would be attached to his property using cranked wall brackets. This would ensure less obtrusion as a result of having no posts on one side.
Thomas signed off the final canopy drawings once we had finalised the sizes and illustrated how the groundworks would be completed. The canopy features posts on the other side that would need to be put into the ground. As a result, our customer was concerned about his patio. We assured him that our installation team always leave the site as they found it.
Thomas specified that he wanted the structure to be powder coated in Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), which would complement his patio area. He chose bronze polycarbonate for the roof which would complement the premium patio canopy extremely well.
Once the installation started, the premium patio canopy took shape relatively quickly and by the end of the day, the structure was bolted together and glazed with polycarbonate.
Due to our extensive installation experience, planning and design this canopy installation went really smoothly with no surprises. We and our customer were extremely pleased with the finished product.
