Wall Attached Carport installed in Burton-on-Trent

Our customer Peter approached us with a requirement of a carport to cover his vehicles parked on this driveway. Aesthetics were extremely important to Peter as he lives on a corner lot, therefore the canopy would be situated next to a road. We have definitely provided our customer with the very best solution.

After a number of conversations with our sales and technical team, Peter decided to go ahead with a site survey so that our surveyor could discuss and answer any further questions Peter might have. On site, our surveyor scans the area using our clever high tech scanning equipment, collecting all the relevant data and measurements. Once back at the office, our designers are then able to create a 3D video walkthrough for our customer.

After the survey:

The 3D visual showed Peter that we could design the canopy so that it would fit the space perfectly, covering the desired area. As well as this, the visual showcased the aesthetics reassuring Peter that the canopy would look stunning and how it would be seen from the road.

The final price for the solution was as expected and once Peter placed his order, our designers quickly began the engineering drawings. We had to check that the drawings included particular custom elements of the solution such as wall-attached cranked posts, infill trims and so on. The drawings were signed off as Peter was happy and before we knew it the canopy was being manufactured.

Peter requested for the canopy to be powder-coated in RAL 5011 Steel Blue as he loved the contemporary modern look and also wanted the carport to match his side door. As we have an array of colour options, 9/10 we are able to find a close if not perfect match to your requested colour. Clear polycarbonate was selected for the roof material as Peter wanted as much light as possible to flood underneath the canopy.

Once the canopy had been manufactured we arranged a suitable installation date with Peter. We try to be as flexible as possible so that all of our customers needs are met.

Subsequently the canopy had been completed in just 2 days. Within those 2 day the whole canopy solution had been erected, concreted into the ground and secured to the property. Needless to say our customer was over the moon with the finished product and the service that he had received throughout the project.

A message from Peter:
